About Us
Christine
Marie's began as an off premise catering service in 1990. Our
mission is to make fabulous food available for all occasions,
with the least amount of work being done by our clients. Service
staff are available to handle all situations.
Our
Executive Chef & Owner Christine Amarosa Neugebauer attended
Johnson & Wales University, and graduated in 1983 ,Cum Laude
with two degrees, Culinary Arts and Food Service Management
. During college she worked as a private chef for the DuPont
family, spent time working on special events for the school,
and as a banquet chef for Marriott Corporation. Returning to
Philadelphia, she worked as a Sous Chef for several restaurants.
With
a desire to advance in the Culinary industry she moved to New
Jersey, encouraged by the growth in the casino industry. After
spending eight very successful years as the Chef de Cuisine
in the most prestigious Gourmet restaurants of three Casinos.
She returned home to Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where as
the Executive Chef, she began catering for off premise events.
While
working for several Main Line caterers and banquet facilities,
she developed Christine Marie's Catering. All during this time
she worked to gain recognition levels through the American Culinary
Federation. She is now recognized as a Certified Executive Chef
and voted in the year 2000, Delaware Valley Chef's Association
of Greater Philadelphia's Chef of the Year. She is the
first female to acheive this status in thirty years. What a
great way to begin the new millenium.
Creativity
with food, taste, style, and presentation, location and reality
are all taken into consideration with the use of custom designed
menus. All of these are of utmost importance when Christine
Marie's plans your event. Organization is a critical factor
with off- premise catering. We are event planning specialists
and it is important for you to communicate all details to us.
We
are experts at organizing details, and will give the utmost
attention to your ideas , in order that your event runs as smoothly
as possible. The menu included on our
